This isnt hardly as easy as you make it look on 5:50 even over looking the blunder after Rf8 Rxe6 white can still create great complications after Ra1. However there is a win in that position after something silly like Rh1 but the key is a very pretty Kd7 the point of Kd7 is after he plays the check white plays Ke8!! allowing him to get the pawn on the 7th rank and securing the win quite impressively. However if you are not able to find a move like Kd7! the path to winning is playing the rook on the file not the rank eventually boxing the enemy king out on the h file and pushing the pawn.
